Bearing 82 warp knitting machines, 14 fully automatic printing lines and more than 400 advanced finishing equipments, the companies are the first enterprises that successfully apply advanced deep-shaft aeration technology of treating printing and dyeing wastewater in Chinese blanket industry. They introduce American computer color matching system, domestically first-class printing CAD color separation system, internationally leading high-speed computer ink-jet direct net making system and the like, which forms a capability of producing over 20 million blankets annually. For years, thanks to their premium product quality, advanced technologies and industrial chains’ integration and extension, the companies have currently become the largest and the most professional blanket production enterprises in China.
On the basis of keeping the enterprises developing steadily and rapidly, the companies constantly increase the investment in technology R&D and enhance products’ technological contents. They have successfully developed more than 40 province-level new products such as “anion Raschel blanket”, “3D printing Raschel blanket” and “mica fiber Raschel blanket”, while obtaining 6 patents on the inventions of “spiced Raschel blanket” &“bamboo charcoal fiber Raschel blanket” and over 30 utility models. They have established an industry-teaching-research technological partnership, i.e. a partnership on technologies between enterprise(s), institution(s) of higher learning and scientific research institute(s), with well-known institutions including Xi’an Polytechnic University and Donghua University. Through the partnership, they realize a wide application and industrialized production of the newest materials and technologies in Raschel blankets; endow traditional products with new technological contents and thus provide a batch of healthy and environment-protective home textile products. The two companies were confirmed as “Provincial Hi-tech Enterprise” in 2009 and 2012 respectively and Truelove Blanket Technology R&D Center was identified as “Zhejing Province Enterprise Technology Center” and “Provincial Hi-tech Enterprise R&D Center of Truelove Differential Blankets”.
The companies possess self import and export rights, and their products are exported to over 40 countries including America, Germany, Poland, Ukraine, Brazil and Chile and the export volume has ranked first in Chinese wool spinning industry on felting exports for five years in a row. Meanwhile, they constantly expand domestic demand markets, gradually improve the channel constructions and have set up exclusive distribution or chain stores in more than 50 provinces and cities of China. As their products’ “true quality” wins the high praise from business partners and consumer groups, their customer bases have developed and grown continuously. Enjoying wide popularity and good reputation in the blanket industry, the brand “Truelove” was rated as “China’s Famous Brand Product”, “National Inspection-free Product”, “National Export Inspection-free Commodity”, “Provincial Famous Trademark” and other honorary titles. Besides, firstly passing the certification of ISO9001, ISO14001 and Oeko-Tex Standard 100, the companies were affirmed as “Zhejing Province Green Enterprise”.
